Nevertheless, being timely shows a commitment to open communication and prevents things from getting worse. Active listening and open dialogue help create transparency and mutual respect for everyone involved.”

Furthermore, the best way to give and receive feedback from Robert is to be completely honest. It's important to address issues promptly and openly, as ignoring them can make the situation worse.
