Imad’s remarkable journey began in 1978, when he assumed the role of Distribution Manager at the prestigious Hertz Corporation. Building upon this solid foundation, Khalidi embarked on a new adventure in 1983, joining Europcar as the esteemed International Licensee Manager. In this pivotal position, he skillfully oversaw licensees spanning an impressive thirty countries. In 1990, Alex Cecil, owner and founder of Auto Europe, offered him the job of VP Sales and Marketing, and later he moved to the US (Camden, ME) in April 1990 and concentrated mostly on quality service with the right pricing. Khalidi's extensive industry expertise is second to none, making him an invaluable asset to any team. One can also observe a remarkable ascent in his career as he ascended to the prestigious role of International Travel Trade Manager. Among his illustrious portfolio of clients, Auto Europe stood out as one of his very first accounts.
Imad Khalidi was born in Jerusalem and graduated from Jean Batiste de La Salle College. He currently resides in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, with his wife and two sons. His first inspiration was Joe Vittoria, CEO of Avis International in the 1980s and 1990s.
